How are your services priced?

We price based on the size of the rooms or areas that we clean. Generally, smaller rooms will come at a lower cost than a larger room.

Do I have to move everything out?

This is mostly left up to you! We request that small furniture, lamps, home décor, plants, etc. be moved to allow for easier access and thorough cleaning. Larger items such as dressers and TV stands can be cleaned around or moved at your discretion. The more you remove from the room, the more thorough the room can be cleaned!

Is there a travel charge?

We do not charge for travel if you are in our service range.

How long will it take to dry?

Most carpets are dry to the touch within 2-3 hours. We recommend setting up fans to expedite the drying process.

How long do we need to stay off the carpets?

You can walk on the carpets immediately after cleaning, however, carpets will dry faster if they do not receive immediate floor traffic.

My carpet came new with Scotchgard, is that something that should be reapplied?

Yes, Scotchgard is a built-in stain resistor in most modern carpets, but it wears off over use and time. To achieve continued protection, we can professionally apply new Scotchgard to keep your carpets stain resistant.

What is your cleaning method?

Our process begins with a high-powered truck mounted unit that utilizes high temperature water to clean and sanitize your carpets and furniture. We add our cleaning solutions to softened water to optimize our cleaning process and ensure proper care. With the use of high temperature water and our high-powered unit, we are able to achieve the deepest, most thorough cleaning possible, while reducing drying times.
